By downloading or using this Sage Software product (“Software”), you are accepting the following Terms of Use.

The Software is the property of Sage Software, Inc. (“Sage”) and is provided to you for demonstration purposes only. The download will install client software on your mobile device. Use of the Software is restricted to a single mobile device. It may not be shared, transferred or sold to anyone or used for commercial purposes. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or try to discover its proprietary technologies. The Software may not be used to perform benchmarking or comparative testing by you or by any third party on your behalf.

The Software and any related trademark, trade secret or copyright are, and will remain, the exclusive property of Sage and its licensors.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for a period of thirty (90) days after you download or install the Software ("Term"). Any data supplied with the Software is for non-commercial demonstration use only. Sage accepts no liability for your or any other person’s use of or reliance on this data.

You will keep all information regarding the Software confidential both during and after using the Software unless that information lawfully becomes public.

The Software is provided on an "as-is" basis. The risk of use arising from performance of the Software is your sole responsibility. Sage is not liable for any damages, of whatever sort, arising from your use of the Software. ALL STATUTORY and implied WARRANTIES RELATING TO MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED.
